AppyStrano ("we," "us," or "our") builds iOS applications including FamPass and WedPose. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our apps and visit our website at appystrano.com.

Information We Collect

FamPass

FamPass may collect the following:

  • Location data (with your permission) to find nearby family activities
  • Device identifiers for app analytics and crash reporting
  • Any information you voluntarily provide through the support or feedback form

FamPass does not collect your name, email address, or payment information unless you explicitly provide it for support purposes.

WedPose

WedPose is a reference tool for photographers. It does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information. We may collect:

  • Anonymous usage analytics (feature usage, session length) to improve the app
  • Crash reports to identify and fix bugs

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our apps
  • Respond to support requests
  • Fix bugs and improve stability
  • Understand how our apps are used (aggregate analytics only)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the apps (e.g., Apple's native frameworks, crash reporting services).

Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of our apps by emailing us at hello@appystrano.com with the subject line "Delete My Data." We will process your request within 7 business days.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

FamPass is designed for parents and families. The app does not collect data from children directly.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Apple CloudKit / iCloud (FamPass): for syncing user data across devices
  • Firebase / Google (website only): for hosting and basic analytics on appystrano.com
  • Apple App Store: for app distribution and in-app purchase processing (if applicable)

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
